Nice Neighborhood. Good Schools. Close to town but not in it. Easy to commute to Indy or North on 69. Love the central location along 69 in nice community. Perfect home and community for family of 5 or 6. Close enough to downtown to go to any of the park festivals. Downtown has been revitalized in last few years and is a small community respectful area. Large beautiful finished basement an extra.
