About the unit: - 550 sq ft private, detached ADU, plus a personal covered patio - 2 bedroom, 1 bath (one bedroom is very small and better as an office/bonus room) - AC and heat, sizable kitchen with a gas range, in-unit washer and dryer, hardwood floors throughout - Access to a large, shared fenced yard (nice and private when the leaves fill in in the spring!) - Access to a shared garage with plenty of storage space - Cats and other indoor pets allowed; sadly no dogs allowed at this time - $1495 per month rent, plus a flat utility rate of $100 per month (covers water, trash, electric, gas, and WiFi) - 12-month lease (month-to-month available thereafter) The ADU shares a yard with the owners of the property, A (he/him, 30) and G (she/her, 29). We have a dog, who is very sweet but can be selective about other pups. As a result, the unit allows indoor pets only. G works from home and A is currently hybrid. In our free time, we enjoy an active, outdoor lifestyle, with hobbies including trail running, yoga, gardening, and music. We are low-key people, but we do enjoy hosting and may have a couple parties throughout the year. These would extend to the shared backyard space, and you are welcome to join! There is street parking available (G and A park in the driveway). We have a garage, which offers plenty of space to store your gear. While we welcome you to have company over, we are looking to rent to a single occupant. The unit is available to rent as early as Sunday, March 15.
