This condo is centrally located with quick access to all Myrtle Beach has to offer! 5 min drive to the beach, the boardwalk or Broadway at the beach. 8 min to the Myrtle Beach convention center. The unit is located on the second floor; however, there is elevator access right across from the front door. Owner pays for internet , water, sewer, and trash. There is ample free parking in the community. No visitor parking restrictions. Multiple pools and grill areas are within walking distance from the unit. Please use the provided pool fob (located in wicker basket on kitchen counter) when accessing the pool area. There will be a $250 charge of the key fob is lost/stolen. You will have access to the entire condo during your stay. No pets, no smoking/vaping, no parties or large events. Please be respectful of neighbors.
