Sheets and towels are provided, along with a starter kit of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and kitchen supplies for the moment of your arrival. You are responsible for purchasing all extra supplies required for the duration of your stay. The home also features a loft living room, a game room with a pool table, air hockey, and foosball, a downstairs living room with a big flat screen TV and a DVD player, an upstairs 2nd living area with a big flat screen TV, a private screened-in pool and Jacuzzi, a covered lanai and patio furniture, a dining area plus a breakfast bar, a full-size washer and dryer, an iron, and an ironing board. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional $45 per night, with a minimum of 3 nights. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay, and weight restrictions apply. This gated community has an amazing pool, restaurant, and sports fields. And the location close to Disney parks is just the best. Quiet hours start after 10:00 pm. Guests must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a responsible adult. Only registered guests may stay overnight; a list must be sent prior to check-in. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules may be towed immediately. Charcoal grills are strictly prohibited due to fire hazards; only propane grills are permitted. Using charcoal grills may result in a fine of up to $500 and eviction. For stays of 20 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled every two weeks to maintain comfort and quality.
