Until you build your million dollar private getaway, Right now there is park model mobile home and a new mini cabin set up on the property. They are connected by a mud/storage room. This is a temporary Recreational use until or if I build further, there is original electricity and septic system on the property as there were a couple mobile homes and cottages established when I bought the property. That have since been removed. There is also an expired septic plant approval for building new construction. Right now I am enjoying this place as my staycation home as I develop it and intend to use it as long as my health permits or unless I have an sale offer that is equivalent value or a trade for a lake front property home.
