Pets on a case by case basis, extra deposit needed. The house has been newly decorated with a brand new fitted kitchen, Bosch appliances include an induction oven and gorgeous stone worktops. There is a stunning sun filled second living room/3rd bedroom, a separate sunny double office space (off the living room) which includes an apple computer and another sofa on the ground floor as well as a full downstairs bathroom with a delightful shower skylight. Upstairs has 2 sun filled double bedrooms and another full bathroom with incredible views of the Catskill mountains. Downstairs, the lower level, has a brand new washer and dryer, another fridge, a large chest freezer, a half bathroom and some storage space. There's also access to the back patio. We have a piano, a water rowing machine, a mini pool table and beautiful trails from our property all over Ohayo Mountain. There is a spare queen size bed and a twin bed/daybed available as well. We have a manager/handyman who lives on the mountain that you can contact anytime and a team who will maintain the grounds as and when needed. Viewings welcome and recommended.
