All units are freshly painted, carpets cleaned or new, and professionally cleaned. Lease is 12 months and then goes to month to month. The security deposit is generally 1 months rent and there is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $225. Tenants pay for electric and Pine Forest pays for water and sewer, heat and trash removal. Our cat fee is a $300 non-refundable deposit and $25 a month.
