This is a standard, single-wide trailer owned by my mother-in-law. She's going to move in with us in Eugene. It's a really nice place as you can see from the pics. She redid the kitchen counters, had all new flooring installed throughout the unit, and put in the carport and small deck. Refrigerator, oven, washer, and dryer come with the place. I think you'll find this home to be in much better shape than others of comparable size. As far as the price goes, the entire amount must be paid in full and is non-negotiable. My mother-in-law is already taking a loss with what she paid for the home plus the cost of updates. Also, you must be approved by the park management before the final sale. It's a 1989.
