Shared space on the first-floor includes kitchen and entrance/exit. The rental has a dedicated parking space and laundry facilities. It's in the Denver West Highlands - one of the most sought-after areas in metro Denver. 5 blocks to Tennyson Street restaurants, breweries, athletic clubs and grocery stores with easy access to I-70. You will share the home with me, your host. I am quiet and easy to live with. My 3 gentle feline friends share the upstairs space. I unfortunately can't accept travel pets.
