Each unit includes a single or double garage, washer and dryer, walk-in closets, balconies and large layouts. Owner pays heat, hot water, water, sewer, garbage, lawn care and snow removal. Resident pays electricity (through Cass County Electric) and cable/internet (through provider of their choice). Application fee is $35 per adult and we will check credit, criminal and rental history. Cats are allowed with an additional refundable deposit of $525 (total deposit would then equal 1 month of rent). Month to month, 6, 9 or 12-month lease options are available.
