Have owned this home for 4 years. New pool liner, barn doors inside home, 4 bedroom, 2 bath, soft close kitchen cabinets, new pool liner in enclosed screen pool area. Working on painting living room hallways, and kitchen area. Moving out of home June 20th. Willing to give tours of home on starting June 11, please understand we are still painting and packing. All items will be removed from the property and it the property will be professionally cleaned on June 15. This home has a 2 car garage and have a tool shed in back yard as well. Side gate allows for standard size truck to enter backyard. Decent size covered patio, and has home surveillance cameras for extra security. Fabulous neighborhood, south of I10 hwy off of John King Ave. Having home cleaned when we move out. Has Samsung Fridge, Maytag dishwasher, Samsung glass top Stove/Oven and Maytag Microwave. Will need to provide your own Washer/Dryer. All appliances in home are covered under our home warranty. Covered carport along north side of house. Renter will switch utilities to their name upon lease commencement date. Pool maintenance is upon owners responsibility. Pool will be cleaned/maintained usually once a week by Wilks Pools (locally owned). Yard/lawn care is to be maintained by renter. No smoking in house, no illegal activity, $300/per pet one time fee (nonrefundable), lease duration is 1 or 2 years lease from date of signing. No parking on lawn, has septic tank in front of house. I will service septic before moving out, after that, renter is responsible for having septic serviced every 2 years as long as they are leasing home. I will post updated pictures when home is mostly empty and I have finished deep cleanse/final touch ups on property.
