The bedroom shares a bathroom with one other tenant, and comes furnished with a queen size bed (can be removed if not wanted). The living room and kitchen are also fully furnished. The house sits on nearly 1/4 acre, and has a two car garage, plenty of off street parking, as well as a 12'x24' shop in the backyard for additional storage, workout space, or workshop. The large back yard has multiple raised garden beds with irrigation water available to tenants for gardening if desired. House interior was fully renovated in 2020 with new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, light fixtures, paint, heat, and air conditioning units. I am both the owner and property manager. We put in A LOT of work to make and maintain our properties fresh and functional as possible. We are seeking a tenant that is clean, courteous, and would get along with two outgoing guys that are the same. No smoking or pets, first, last months rent, plus damage deposit are required with 6 month lease agreement.
