The kitchen and bath have been updated within the last 10 years as have the majority of the light fixtures. Living room and dining have coved ceilings, while the rest of the house has crown molding. Floors are all wood or tile. There is a great fenced backyard for a dog. While not finished, the basement is usable with tall ceilings and washer/dryer hook ups. Deposit is one month's rent. If you have pets, we require a $200 non-refundable pet deposit. We're looking to have someone start a lease in May, but are willing to let you move in immediately without pro-rating rent.
