Hello future roommate!We are for looking for a roommate to move any time after March 2. The room is very large and it has its own bathroom and walk in closet. The living room and kitchen are fully furnished. The monthly rent is $1500 (Security Deposit: $1500 + $300 cleaning deposit that will be returned after you leave) and doesn't include utilities (electricity/water/internet).There is a good amount of street parking, tons of eateries, and popular bus stops (38, 31, 28, 1, 5) within walking distance. We also have an on-site coin-operating laundry machine/dryer.We are three males (23, 24, and 27) that work in San Francisco and Mountain View. We have 9-6 type of schedules and we usually work some more at home after the office. We are social-able but we don't bring the party home since we respect each others' space.
