This property had a single wide mobile home and 2 stall garage until they both burned down in November of 2015. The cement pads are still in place for both buildings, so they are ready to put your own mobile home and carport. There is a dug well and also hookup access to town water. You can choose to use one or both, whatever your preference. There is also hookup for septic and electric. Area has access to high-speed internet providers. Glider Oil services this area with heating oil and propane. Trash & recycling pickup also available. There is an apple tree on the property, and a large backyard great for kids, pets, gardening, etcetera. A few trees in the front yard that add a little privacy, and a large pine tree to the left of the garage pad. We plan on smoothing out the cement pads before you move in, as well as re-graveling the driveway and tidying up the property. Tenant will be responsible for general property upkeep and utilities, but we are more than happy to help you get settled and give you any information you need to get started. We are also flexible with the lease duration, so if you prefer something more or less than 6 months we can figure out what works best for everyone. This was a great location for a starter home for us; and would be perfect for someone who owns their own mobile home or mini house, who wants out of the cramped space of a trailer park. If you have a double-wide we can look into expanding the pad to accommodate it for you.
