Watching eagles.....check! Interior: This ranch style home boasts a large entry/mudroom for coolers, rafts and other water gear, as well as a full size washer and dryer for your convenience. A large full bathroom is off of the kitchen that has a tub and shower. All linens are also included for our guests. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking and entertaining. Off of the kitchen is a large dining area with a table and chairs, a highchair, as well as 6 fun and colorful stools for dining and playing games (perfect spot for a puzzle!). There are beautiful views outside of the glass slider from both the dining and kitchen areas. Nice open living room with a flat screen TV and lounging after a day on the sunny beach. The master bedroom is very spacious and houses a queen size bed. The second bedroom has 1 twin size bed and there's another private room with a queen size sofa sleeper that overlooks the lake...nice! The owners have additional cots and sleeping bags as well if needed for a few additional guests. Exterior: Enjoy 100 feet of private frontage on Island Lake! Spend you days jumping off of your own private 80 foot dock and building sand castles on your beautiful sandy beach! Take a sin on the lake on a kayak (2 are provided) or jet out to the island that's located about 100 yards from your home and enjoy swimming on an island. The home also has a nice fire pit for relaxing in the evening and looking at the stars. There is a gas grill and outdoor furniture for cooking up the "fresh" catches of the day.
