This home has been very well maintained and has a very nice set up for the family gatherings around the summer holidays. The beach for swimming is just south and east of the home. This private all sports lake is great for fishing,swimming and skiing or just relaxing on our own boat or pontoon. The home has ample storage and parking for at least 6 cars. The barbecue grill is in front for a nice view of the lake. We have a 1st floor laundry and the mechanicals are all easily accessible. Even though we have 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths there are some extra rooms that could act as another place to sleep like the family room. The family room is separate from the living room. Kitchen is open to the dining and living room. This is the place to create new great memories of having fun with the family
