The condo rental comes with one designated parking spot that is conveniently located right across from the entry stairs. Additional unassigned parking available on the south side of the building. No parking of any personal watercraft, motorized sport vehicles, campers, or trailers are permitted on the property. The living and dining areas are spacious and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. There are also four comfortable sleeping spaces that include two king-size beds, two queen-size beds, and a twin bunk bed that's perfect for kids. We have two bathrooms with all the essentials, including towels and linens. We want you to feel right at home, so we provide all the necessary amenities, including internet, heating, and air conditioning. You'll also find a microwave, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker in the kitchen. There are two big screen TVs set up for you to log in to your streaming channels via Xfinity FLEX (sorry, no cable). Your safety is our top priority, which is why we have smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, and a fenced outdoor pool. To ensure that everyone enjoys a peaceful experience, we ask that guests be at least 25 years old and respect quiet time between 11 pm and 8:30 am. Please note that this is our second home, and our family has significant allergies, so SMOKING and PETS are NOT allowed inside the condo at any time (and against HOA rules). Rent and security deposit $1500 is due at signing (collected through STRIPE). Minimum rental 1month up to 6 months. Month long rental includes cleaning at 2wks. Fully furnished condo. Heat and water included. During your stay, you'll have access to the entire condo space. However, please note that a few cabinets will be locked as they contain our personal items. NO PARTIES. You have great neighbors - please respect them - quiet time for building 11pm to 8 am No smoking/vaping/e-cigarettes inside the condo at any time. No animals inside the condo at any time (against our HOA renter rules) To prevent pests, please throw out filled garbage bags every few days into blue garbage dump on property.
