This charming Northern Virginia townhome is located in a family-friendly residential neighborhood in Annandale. The home has three levels for maximum privacy and space. You will be sharing the home with three other young professionals. Your private bedroom and ensuite bathroom are situated on the upstairs level of the home. This space has nice windows for ample natural light. You would also have share the common space on the main level. This includes: The kitchen with freshly painted white kitchen cabinets and all stainless steel appliances, the fenced in backyard, living room, dining area, half bath, and downstairs washer and drier for laundry. Utilities: Each tenant is in charge of managing one out of the four utility bills. The cost is split evenly between all the housemates. The four utility bills include water, electric, gas, and wifi. The Landlord covers trash and front yard lawn care. Parking: The house comes with one reserved spot and two parking passes, which are required in order to park in community between 8pm-9am. These passes are shared between the housemates. There is additional street parking that does not require a pass, behind the community near the school (about a five minute walk from the backyard). We currently have a third parking pass from the lottery, which expires in April. Lease term: is for minimum one year with the potential option to renew. Individual lease, so you are responsible for only your portion of the rent and utilities. Cleaning Habits: All tenants are expected to be considerate and clean up after themselves in the common spaces, and especially in the kitchen. All tenants are expected to contribute to common household chores such as taking out the trash bin, wiping the counters, sweeping the floors, and maintaining the backyard. Move Out Cleaning: Tenant will be entering a professionally cleaned home and are expected to have the home professionally cleaned upon move out. Breaking the Lease: If for whatever reason, tenant seeks to break the lease early, tenant has the option to find a subleasee (subject to approval) at no cost, or pay a penalty fee equivalent to two month's rent. Tenant must notify the landlord at least two months in advance.
