We are currently renovating this unit, and it will be newly refinished and furnished. We live in a rural area in Vermont in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, about 15-20 minutes from Gifford Hospital or the Vermont Law School on a beautiful tree-canopied road. We have wonderful neighbors, access to a quiet pond and beautiful forests all around us. Utilities are included and initial basic supplies will be provided. We have two friendly dogs, but they are both large, young and rambunctious, so we are listing the apartment as "no pets." When the unit is complete we will update with pictures.
