This includes loud music, loud noises, or any other type of disturbances. As per local ordinances quiet hours are from 10 pm until 8 am. As a courtesy the host will reach out only ONCE to inform guests of any loud noises/disturbances (as we monitor noise levels) in order for guest to correct issue. If there is another incident guests will be asked to vacant the unit immediately We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a shipping and handling fee for returning requested items to you Leave keys (if used) where you found them upon departure. Failure to do so will result is a $100 fee for each. If you have additional guests (more than are shown on the reservation) there is a cost of $30/night per guest. **No deliveries to the property, please pick up the package at the nearest courier branch.
