All utilities included (trash/water/internet/streaming_tv/hoa) except Xcel energy. We are touring the place starting on Sep and onward. We are looking to rent out this Bedroom in our 4-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Townhome in Interlocken / Broomfield. It is available for move in immediately. The three current tenants are 2 males in their 20's and 30's, and 1 female in her early 30's. Move-in requires a deposit of $1000 + rent for the 1st month. Rent will be pro-rated if you move-in early or mid-month. We prefer at least a 6 month lease with month-to-month after. The room is only available for 1 occupant and no pets. The room can be provided fully furnished or not. Fully furnished common areas. All utilities included except Gas + Electric (which is shared among the tenants is usually about $30-$40). Washer and Dryer available inside the unit. Can be 3, 6, or 9 months. Pretty flexible.
