Hi I have a private room with large windows for renting a 3 bed 2 bath house. Large living area and kitchen.I already have one female roomate that you would have to share a bath with. She is clean and friendly .The room faces west but blackout curtains are available. All tile floors throughout house. Closet in bedroom. Cieling fan/light fixture. Your bathroom is right outside bedroom door. Locking door handle. In a quiet neighborhood. 800.00 flat rate. If you want during the summer you could chip in for power. 20 here 20 their does help as my srp is 350.00 a month in the summer. If you smoke it has to be out back but theirs a patio and bench for smokers as my roomate smokes.No drugs. Drug free house Drinkers welcome as long as you can handle your drink. I on and off drink but its trending towards fully off. Shelly doesn't drink. We rarely have visitors due to our schedules and its just easier to have a quiet house to go home too after I or her visits other's. But of course we don't mind our roomie having company at all .I do have cameras on the perimeter of the house and a separate simply safe security system. Other than that thanks for looking and hopefully this could be a good fit for you.
