There is a lot included with this very nice, well maintained camp. Everything stays! All of the furnishings and appliances are included, along with a compost commode inside. The outhouse has a holding tank and is very clean. Tionesta Lake is near by. Close to hunting, fishing, etc... Dont let this one slip away! Move in condition.
