Master bedroom located on second floor will be locked off. No smoking inside or outside of property. No pets per HOA rules. Rental does NOT include membership to the Vail Racket Club, but can be purchased separately. Apres Cafe located on property and is a five minute walk. Two non-assigned parking spots and five minute walk to free east vail bus. Maximum SIX renters allowed.
