In addition to the cheaper than normal price for the area, the other specific advantages of this unit are the high living room ceilings, huge pine trees right outside the front, quiet part of the property, and being walking distance from Microsoft/Nintendo and right across from the Pro Club (good if you work at Microsoft). You're also getting the tennis court, swimming pool, fitness center, and other regular amenities. Note that this apartment is not furnished (the pictures are of the model unit for the same floor plan).
