Rent includes a full kitchen, bikes, beds, furniture, memory foam mattresses, tvs, washer/dryer, dishes, plates, iron, wii gaming system, board games, toys, surfboards, beach chairs, maid service, parking, etc... I take pride in how clean and nice my rentals are. My ideal renter is a group of friends that will be respectful to the items inside/outside the house. Please understand this is not a party house, I can not stress this enough. You can also expect the same from my neighbors. The rental is currently rented by USD students. After you tour the rental you are welcome to talk to past renters. Maximum number of renters is 3 people. NO PETS. The rental has 2 parking spots. 2 garage spots plus street parking. The 3 bedrooms are pretty big. (2 rooms have king beds and the 3rd room has a full bed) Mix and match this however you want. All furniture stays in the rental. If you would like to bring your own bed and furniture you would have to store it inside the garage or rent a storage unit. Large closets in each room.
