Everything is brand new :) even though the refrigerator and washer/dryer are not pictured, they are there and included in rent. all appliances are stainless steel and brand new. washer dryer is white and stackable inside the closet next to fridge opening. the bathrooms look old. however, toilets. water lines, angle stops, faucets, lights and fixtures, and sewer lines, cabinet hardware, switches have all been replaced. basically only the tile is the original part left in each bathroom.. everything else has been replaced. owner pays: trash, sewer, landscape, garbage, tenant pays: SDGE, Water, CABLE
