This home has been completely redone. It has been painted throughout (including the basement), new roof (home and garage), brand new carpet and linoleum (including the basement), new vanity in the bathroom, new switches and plugs and the cabinets have been redone. This is a very nice home. Renter is responsible for ALL utilities including the water. Absolutely NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO POT SMOKING and NOT TO BE USED AS A GROW HOUSE. If any of these rules are broken you will be evicted immediately. The home has a stove, refrigerator, washer and dryer (which will remain my property.) I still have to paint the shutters black, remove some items from the basement and the garage. We plan on painting the outside of the house in spring. This is a house not an apartment.
