Currently only have the basement apt open. Five room house. Single rooms upstairs, 1 master with shower. Other two rooms share a bathroom. Updated kitchen, bathrooms. Basement is a two room apartment, has own kitchen bath and entrance. All share the laundry. Close to the highway, bus/ light rail , hospitals, collage, military base, short trip to the airport. Basic room 825 Basement 1800 Cats ok, dogs will depend on the breed, no aggressive breeds. Deposit is one month, so move in would be 1650/1800/3600. Utilities included in the rent. Water gas electric internet and trash. No ev car charging. I do month to month lease, cuz we don't know what life is gonna throw at us and being stuck in a 6-12 month lease can often hurt our choices in life. So month to month is just easier for all. Have a few detailed items in lease over past experiences that have had to be added. I may laugh, u may cringe but someone has done it n I had to add it. But basically get along, peace and harmony.
