This is an off grid building. It has a very nice solar system. Use all you want. Charge scooters and e bikes free. Leave the AC on... Golden Shores gets HOT. Don't buy or build till you try living there. It is only good if you have purpose... Motor cycles, boating, etc. 5 miles from boat launch. Or drive to Havasu. Golden Shores is on the way to Havasu from LA or Vegas. The building is good for indoor work on large projects. Restoration? 10 x 10 foot door. 24 foot height inside. Good for a sculptor. When it rains it is cozy in the apartment, very loud in the rest. Stars very bright. A telescope is a good idea. There is a cabana out back. Very pleasant most of the year. In peak heat the river is the place to be. Get on the water by 8:00 am and you will be ok. No poison allowed. No pesticides. No bug spray. No rat poison. No Roundup. No air freshener. Allowed: working on your boat, car,truck, plane, bike, project.. IN THE HOUSE. 3 room apartment inside a big workspace. 24 foot height. 10 foot x 10 foot door. Parking your boat trailer. Charge your e bikes for FREE. Renters insurance not require but a great idea.
