Upper unit that overlooks a very large yard. On more of a secluded side of the building so there is minimal foot traffic and no annoying headlights. Building is split into two halfs with only 4 units on either side. Washer and dryer are in the unit, but Management said that they are going to have to start charging an additional $25 per month for those. This unit is pet friendly. You are allowed one dog up to 75lbs or 2 dogs that equal 100lbs. There is also an additional fee per dog of $25 per month. They do allow cats, but I am not sure on the rules with them. It has been a smoke free unit and well taken care of. Management has always responded quickly to any issues we have encountered, such as the water heater thermostat that went out and they were there in about an hour for repairs. This unit butts up to the Nashotah Park system with access to the trails about 100 yards away in the back of the property. The buildings are also situated so that you can not see into any other apartments and in turn they can not see into yours. This unit is about 30 min from downtown Milwaukee and about 45 min from Madison. Only downfall to the unit is that it is baseboard heat, so the electric bill in the Winter is about $150 average. They have garages available for rent for $60 per month. There is a separate building that has a lockable storage locker.
