The unit does not come furnished, but if that would be helpful for you, I'm happy to entertain offers. This could easily be a 3 bedroom, but 1 doesn't have a closet (the office in the photos). The master has a huge walk-in closet and en-suite bath, as well as a private door to the back patio. There is a big stone wood-burning fireplace in the living room (1/2 cord of firewood included) and huge windows that fame mature trees. This is a nature lover's oasis in the city. Comes with a 2-car-garage and extra work/storage space. Garage entrance leads to a laundry/mud room with tons of gear storage. All newer appliances in the kitchen and central air and heat throughout home. The owner requires background/credit check and in-person meeting at her house in Bountiful. A few hoops to jump through, but totally worth it. Also, there is a single woman who lives in the basement unit. If you have any questions that I did not address, don't hesitate to ask. Thanks!
