Palm Desert. Close proximity to Living Desert Zoo, Ironwood CC, and a short drive to El Paseo shopping district. Swimming pool is original kidney shape with a recent upgrade to a heated spa contained within(see photo). The main pool is not heated. Air condition is a new mini-split system with independent controls in each room for efficiency. in addition there is an evaporative cooler and ceiling fans for milder days.
