The Hilltop Apartment complex is an awesome place to live! It's quiet, has helpful, friendly and understanding management & owners, has a pool, and provides free garaged parking! It's right across the street from picturesque Kenneth Hahn Park, so if you like to exercise, hike or bike, the park location is very convenient. We are looking for QUIET tenants that will hopefully stay longer than a year. Must be non-smoking, have no pets, have a good credit score and no prior evictions. A credit check WILL be performed. Excessive noise and loud parties are prohibited. No swimming or pool parties after dark. Owner pays for trash and sewer. Tenant responsible for gas and electric.
