We are located in Berwick, PA 18603 We are central to many big hospital system such as: 19 miles from Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, 9 miles from Geisinger Bloomsburg Hospital, 30 miles from Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, 20 miles from Lehigh Valley Health Network Hazelton, 25 miles from UPMC Muncy 38 miles from UPMC Williamsport 4 miles from Susquehanna Valley Medical Specialties 27 miles from Commonwealth Health Wilkes-Barre General Hospital as well as the numerous branch offices some of the above mentioned system have locally. 9 miles from Talon Energy 10-15 miles from Data center campus' currently being built We charge $1,800.00 per month with a 2 month stay minimum. $1000 Security deposit. We allow pets but charge an additional $100 per pet per month and an additional $200 security deposit per pet. Our homes have a queen size bed, full bath with tub & shower, a washer/dryer unit, a full size kitchen that is supplied with the essentials. Each unit is it's own home in a small community. Stores, restaurants, and gas stations are less than 1 mile from the homes. Thank you for considering! 2 month minimum to a 12 month stay with a short term lease signed. No smoking in the unit, no animals unless on the lease, no small gatherings or disturbing neighbors. All utilities included unless electric exceeds $200 monthly & water exceeds $60 monthly. Overage of electric and water billed quarterly or at the end of stay.
