Throughly cleaned out and lots of renovations- new roof, new enlarged bathroom, wood floors, knotty pine walls with large picture window in the living room which is open to the kitchen, good closet space for a seasonal property. Laundry is available to be used underneath although it is rustic with dirt floor. double lot gives lots of parking or room for play. Small views you can definately telll if you should go sailing or canoeing. Walk to beach less than 1/2 mile. Enjoy this predominately seasonal community. We have lots of weekend activities and plenty of things to do during the week. No motor boats on the lake so it is nice and peaceful. Bedrooms are larger than some. Yard has had a good cleanup.
