Rent includes furnishings, appliances, and household essentials as this home was previously an Airbnb. Primary bedroom has a king size bed, and the other two are queens. Utilities paid by tenant. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis and would require a pet deposit. A bit of background about the owners, we made this house our home from 2020 - 2024 with our young son before a job brought us to California. We will have local property management when an on-site visit is required but will otherwise be managing the property virtually. Renter is responsible for all utilities. For long-term renters (+1 year), utilities need to be transferred to tenant. For shorter-term stays, utilities will remain in landlord's name and be charged in addition to rent. Pets are considered on a case by case basis and an additional pet fee may apply.
