Tenants have room for 2 full size vehicles in the garage. 9. Yard grass shall be mowed and kept at a decent height as to not get fined by the city of BV. If you would like the landlord to provide lawn maintenance we can provide that but will the cost of mowing will be added to the monthly rental price and added to the lease agreement. Landlord will periodically request to inspect property. Landlord will provide a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to inspections. Landlord requests that any and all leaks, dents, dings, or accidents that happen to or in property are reported immediately. Landlord will fix or repair any opportunities on/in the property in a very timely manner.
