You are right square between Madison Avenue and Mainstrasse and can walk anywhere in Covington and downtown Cincinnati. The Roebling Bridge is less than a ten minute walk away! The apartment features high ceilings, original woodworking, and beautiful original hardwood floors. The kitchen is spacious and has a large pantry. The apartment stays cool in the summer and toasty warm in the winter (heat is included!). There is also a parking spot out back and a beautiful deck out front. The landlord is friendly, allows pets, and is always available over the phone for issues (we really don't have many issues). We have the opportunity to house-sit someone for a year to save money otherwise there is no way we would be leaving. The sub-let would begin in November and end in July.
