We offer spacious one bedroom and two bedroom townhouses situated among several mature trees providing a secluded setting with private off-street parking. Our apartments have exterior front and rear entrances to each unit. Our apartments are pet friendly (pet policies and fees apply) and offer 6 month or 1-year leases. There is a rental office conveniently located on the property where you can request a tour of available units or pick-up an application. Please be advised we charge a $30 fee per adult to process. We also require a minimum annual salary of $32,000 for a one bedroom and $38,800 for a two bedroom unit.
