One occupant only, and no smoking or pets allowed - no exceptions please. This is a fully furnished apartment. We are not able to remove and store furniture from it. Operation of any business in which customers or clients visit the premises is prohibited. Street parking only (plenty available). We've historically rented the unit under one-year leases but will consider shorter terms for a higher monthly rental amount. We are not open to short-term rentals (e.g. for a month).
