It's a 70' x 14' with a 20' x 8' addition. It has great potential and can be an affordable home option. Details: Second bedroom: Bathroom has some discoloration and some cracking in the popcorn ceiling. The exhaust fan does not work properly. Carpet has stains. Living room: Has great potential and decent size. Carpet has stains. Kitchen: Could use some paint. It has two small soft spot by the food pantry. Dining room: We have patched the leak from the roof, but the ceiling still has some work that needs to be done. A soft spot by the window. Needs new carpet. Hallway: Has a soft spot once you enter. Needs flooring replaced. The wood paneling has damage due to an old leak from the roof. We just have not replaced it. Master bedroom: Tub doesn't drain properly; pipe needs to be snaked. Laundry is not included, due to us needing it for our new home. The sky lite does leak, we have patched it and put tar, but it needs more work than that. Master bedroom: Needs new carpet.
