Well maintained neighborhood that maintains property values through strong home owners association. This community is renowed in the West Georgia area for the beautifully maintained homes, lovely golf cart/walking paths throughtout and the amenities we have which include golf, tennis courts, pools, playgrounds, etc. You can enjoy walking in the neighborhood year-round and observe picture perfect seasonal changes. Spring time brings out beautiful blooms and blossoms from mature foliage throughout the neighborhood. We enjoy watching fireworks on the 4th of July from one of the neighborhood golf cart paths without having to get in our car and 'fight the traffic'. In the fall when the leaves change, the entire neighborhood is absolutely goregous with all the mature trees changing colors and the fall decorations that adorn the homes. During the Christmas season, we enjoy taking golf cart rides and seeing the neighborhood homes decorated for Christmas. Our grandchildren usually visit for Halloween and enjoy door to door trick or treating. It is a wonderful family oriented neighborhood with events planned year round.
