Please read in full !! / 6 % interest rate is the only reason this house hasn’t sold, without Realtor I can do contact through my Attorney, / Zillow is just a ballpark price not the true value/ over $80,000 spent in updating and building the building out back Bought this house in 2019, one reason a comer lot, 5 mins from most anything/ I bought this house to be my permanent home and did an extensive up date, as a Designer I went way overboard/ in 2020 I had a new roof put on, put A/C system in the attic for 2nd floor built the 20x12 building outback that can be a office or game room- which is a $40,000.00 to $45,000.00 value above the property value / it has A/C , heat,cable and electricity- / all the old shrubs out front where taken out and all new planted -inside every light and ceiling fan was replaced, also every outside light was replaced with motion detectors , entire inside was painted and when I left I touched up, Granite in kitchen and both full bath also back splash in kitchen. Outside both water spickets where replaced plus added a 3rd one- every door knob and door hinge where replaced with brushed nickel and all new locks and deadbolts- the only reason I’m moving is because I bought the house directly behind me so I’m not leaving the area,- the building outback has a value of between $40,000 and $45,000. not included in the home assessment : new driveway in 2020 : One walk through and I’ll point out other updates, too many to write down, truly this property holds a value much higher then comps / come take a looooook, you won’t be disappointed !! ?? / I pay about $600. Per year for homeowners Ins / and I pay it myself not through the loan / I pay about $3300 in realest taxes / letting them be paid through the mortgage co. It’s more expensive !!
