Hello I am looking for a responsible roommate who will join me in my three bedroom apartment No couples, 420 FRIENDLY HOME. Has 1 and 1.5 bathroom full kitchen, dinning room and living room area. The bills will get split in between the roommates also with rent. I'm asking $680 for monthly rent for room plus whatever the bills will be every month with get divided in between us the roommates. Room will be ready to move in Nov 4th. Asking for $150 deposit as well. The door does need new replacement as a new door. So I am looking to fix it as soon as I have more money to spend on the door right now I can't afford it. No lease
