Registered guests only, and unregistered visitors are not allowed without prior approval. No smoking of any kind (including 420) inside the unit or courtyards. Smoking must occur at least 40 feet from the building. Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the owner (1 pet max, 50 lbs or less, $100 non-refundable deposit). Unauthorized pets incur a $1,000 fine. Check-out is at 12:00 PM sharp. Late departures may result in additional fees. Do not move furniture. A $50 fee applies if items are not returned to their original position at check-out. Any damages will be billed to the guest and reported to the platform you booked on.
