Do not miss this apartment! It's the best apartment I have ever lived in. Landlord is exactly what you need. Neighbors are wonderful. Sad to leave! Second floor, up one straight flight of stairs from a nice, neighborly porch. Three big bedrooms, all with big windows and great natural light. Two full, updated bathrooms. Big, open eat-in kitchen and sizable living area. Great storage in every room. Central air and forced hot air for heat. Its cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. All three bedrooms have ceiling fans, big windows and closets with built-in shelving. The back two bedrooms look out over a field, with trees and birds. It's quiet and calming, a very welcome place to sleep and rest in the city. The front bedroom is the largest and has a big bay window that our plants love. Not much noise from the street. Bathrooms both have great storage already built in and good lighting. The kitchen has stainless-steel appliances, lots of storage, room for a full table and chairs. It is easy to cook in, right next to the living area and makes the center of the home cozy and very livable. In-unit washer and dryer. Nice sized utility closet. The whole apartment is updated, easy to clean, and intuitively laid out. The basement is dry, has plenty of storage and is accessible from the alleyway. The front porch is big and set back from the street. Neighbors are wonderful both in the building and along the block. The landlord deals with any issues immediately and is attentive while being respectful of your space. I have lived here for 6 years and truly, this is a gem of a home. Renter pays gas, electric, and internet. Water included in rent. No smoking. Lease starts February 1, start date flexible.
