    I hate to leave my beautiful home in paradise where I’ve lived since 2013 (originally bought a one bedroom condo here) but I’m going to be a grandmother so I’m moving back to the northeast to be closer to my son and daughter-in-law. About the condo: 1000 sq ft “Waterfront” 2 beds, 2 full baths, kitchen and livingroom/dining room combo. End apartment, so very private. Watch the manatees and occasionally dolphin from your window. Or use the Small outdoor area right outside your condo to put a bistro table and chairs (I’ve nicknamed it Manatee Bistro) and get an even better view of the cove and its swimming and flying visitors!! Also Room for a chair by the front door with a water view. Launch a Kayak/canoe by the tiki hut. The cove leads out to the gulf. Manatees are frequent visitors in our cove and mate here each year and bring their babies. Dolphin have been coming more frequently since the cove teems with fish. All types of water birds and eagles, hawks and owls. It’s an amazing natural wonderland! Tons of closet space, master has a huge walk in closet the size of a small bedroom. 2nd bedroom has a big walk-in closet and a beautiful oak Murphy bed with 24 shelves (paid over $8k for it!!!)) Big closet in hallway and a/c closet has lots of storage area An outdoor storage closet right outside the apartment End unit so it’s very private Close to the pool and clubhouse Each building has bike storage Apartment Updates: All new hurricane windows and doors 2020 New a/c in 2019 New tankless hot water heater in 2020 (was an old tank one before) All New kitchen appliances 2020 New quartz countertops 2019 New stackable washer/dryer installed 2019 (wasn’t any before that) (ventless dryer) Updated kitchen cabinets 2019 (re-facing) with new drawers and knobs and pulls All new luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout the condo (except for bathrooms) 2019 New plumbing in kitchen and one bathroom 2019 New electrical panel 2019 New louvre closet doors for a/c closet and laundry closet Laundry closet has plenty of room for clothes hampers About my Apartment: Tons of natural light!! Huge windows in living room and a slider in master bedroom (2nd bedroom has big windows) slider leads out to the very long patio as well as a glass door from the livingroom. Patio looks over the common area with grass and trees. No buildings close to windows so it’s very private. Kitchen window has beautiful water view which can be seen from stools at kitchen counter and dining area Master bath has a beautiful tiled shower stall with shelves and newer vanity. Second bathroom is original tile but in awesome shape with a tub and glass door. Newer vanity and wainscoting on wall. COMPLEX Quiet, safe complex, nice people! Beautiful old oaks and palms on the property. Located in a nice area with the 38 mile bike path (TarponSprings-Clearwater) across the street. 4 beautiful gulf beaches within 5-10 minute drive or bike ride. Tons of Amazing restaurants. Tarpon Springs is the next town over (north) and Dunedin and Clearwater are just south of us. Dock right downstairs from my condo with great fishing and amazing sunset views. Tiki hut (redone in 2021) on the water for grilling and dining. Beautiful pool on the water with bathrooms and saunas.
