Tenant will be required to signs a year long lease for $1900/ mo and submit a $1900 security deposit. Pets will require a $500 additional pet deposit. The single deposit will cover up to 2 pets which is the maximum number allowed on the lease. Tenant will also be charged an additional $50/ mo in pet rent if applicable.
